A lifelong “party girl” at heart, Kayla has always been drawn to the details and joy that special occasions bring, not just for herself but for everyone around her. Early in her career, she gained hands-on experience working alongside some of the most well-known wedding planners in the industry, learning the art of logistics, design, and client care from top professionals.

Building on that foundation, Kayla continued to refine her craft through planning and designing events of all kinds, from elegant weddings and children’s birthday parties to vow renewals and milestone celebrations. Family, friends, and clients alike quickly recognized her natural ability to bring structure and beauty together, which led to her becoming the go-to person for seamless, memorable events.

With Chaviano Events, Kayla has taken the leap to focus fully on what she loves most: creating meaningful, elevated experiences that feel effortless for her clients while leaving lasting memories for their guests.
