A lifelong lover of celebrations, Kayla has always been drawn to the details that make an occasion feel truly special.

Early in her career, she gained hands-on experience working alongside some of the wedding industry's most respected planners, where she developed a strong foundation in event logistics, design, production, and client experience.

That foundation, paired with her natural eye for design and meticulous approach to planning, ultimately led to the creation of Chaviano Events.

Today, Kayla approaches each celebration from both a creative and logistical perspective, considering everything from the flow of a space and guest experience to florals, stationery, rentals, lighting, and the smallest finishing details.

Her design philosophy is rooted in creating events that feel elevated without feeling expected. Rather than following a formula, Kayla draws inspiration from each client's personal style, story, venue, and surroundings to create celebrations that feel distinctly their own.
